摘要
校企共建生产性实训基地,通过生产经营、实训教学的有机衔接,能够实现产品生产、科学研究、实践教学、职业培训、技能鉴定等功能。校企共建生产性实训基地应制定学生职业能力和教师队伍培养建设规划与实施方案,制定生产管理、团队管理、资金管理等制度。通过产教融合、协同育人的人才培养方式,为行业企业培养技术技能型人才。
By co-constructing productive training base with enterprises, colleges can realize such fimctions as product production, scientific research, practical teaching, vocational training, skill appraisal and so on through the organic connection of production management and practice teaching. In the co-construction, the colleges and enterprises should draw up construction as well as implementation plans to foster students1 vocational ability and develop teachers* teams, and also set up systems in terms of production maDagement, team management, fund management, etc. so as to cultivate technical and skilled talents for industries and enterprise through the integration of production and teaching as well as cooperative education.
