摘要
针对水源存在有机污染问题,开发了一套应急供水设备。研究了"电絮凝-气浮分离、超滤膜、活性炭吸附和氯消毒"集成工艺对原水浊度、COD_(Mn)、氨氮、铁等常规水质指标的去除效果。结果表明,该集成工艺对原水中的有机物具有良好的去除效果,浊度、COD_(Mn)和UV_(254)的去除率分别为99.1%、67.5%、66.2%。其中,电絮凝-气浮分离工艺对COD_(Mn)和UV_(254)的去除起主要作用,对铁也有68.5%的去除率。设备供水水质符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006),供水水量为53.4m^3/d,能满足突发应急状况下10 000人/d的饮用水需求,为解决突发状况下饮用水的应急供应提供了方法。
Equipment for emergency drinking water treatment is developed in case of organic pollution of water sources. Removal of turbidity,COD_(Mn),ammonia nitrogen and iron from raw water by integrated process of electrocoagulation-air flotation,ultrafiltration membrane( UF),activated carbon adsorption and chlorination are investigated. The results reveal that the integrated process can efficiently remove organic matters from raw water,and the removal rates of turbidity,COD_(Mn)and UV_(254) were 99. 1%,67. 5% and66. 2%,respectively. The electrocoagulation-air flotation process plays an important role in the removal of COD_(Mn)and UV_(254),meanwhile,about 68. 5% of iron are removed by the process. Quality of the effluent should be complied with Standards for Drinking Water Quality( GB 5749—2006). Water supply capacity of the equipment was 53. 4 m^3/d,which can meet the daily demand of 10 000 persons in an emergent situation. The research provides a way for solving the problem of drinking water supply in emergency cases.
