摘要
目的:本研究主要探讨超声综合检查在乳腺癌筛查中临床诊断价值。方法:选取本院2015年2月至2017年3月接诊的40例乳腺癌患者,对所有患者均实施超声综合检查,其中主要包含了常规二维超声检查、多普勒超声检查、超声弹性成像以及超声造影等多种联合诊断方式,以患者病理检查为标准,对比并分析超声综合检查的诊断价值。结果:40例乳腺癌患者通过病理检查,共检查出52个病灶,其中良性病灶共有37个,恶性病灶共有15个;而超声综合检查在良性病灶与恶性病灶中诊断的准确率分别为85.71%与90.91%,远高于单纯使用二维超声检查的准确率,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声综合检查在乳腺癌筛查中具有较高的应用价值,能够有效提高临床诊断的准确率。
Objective：To explore the clinical diagnostic value of ultrasonic comprehensive examination in breast cancer screening.Methods：40 breast cancer patients from February 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected.All patients were examined by ultrasound,including conventional two-dimensional ultrasound,Doppler ultrasound,elastic ultrasound and contrastenhanced ultrasound,and pathological examination of the patients.Results：In 40 cases of breast cancer,52 lesions were detected by pathological examination,of which 37 were benign ones There were 15 malignant lesions,and the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound in benign and malignant lesions was 85.71% and 90.91%,respectively,which was much higher than that of using two-dimensional ultrasound alone.Conclusion：Ultrasonic comprehensive examination has a higher application value in breast cancer screening,can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
