摘要 Idesia polycarpa is a kind of woody oil plant with high quality and yield. It is suitable to be planted in mountainous area. In this study,polyethylene glycol( PEG) stress environment was used to evaluate the growth response of I. polycarpa under drought conditions. The results showed that the seed germination parameters were inhibited to different degrees,and the growth and respiration rate of the seedlings increased slightly under the low concentration of PEG,and obviously decreased when the concentration of PEG was over 15%.
