摘要
目的:探讨急性百草枯中毒患者血液净化治疗时护理干预临床价值。方法:选择急性百草枯中毒患者80例,单项血液净化40例作为对照组,血液灌流、血浆置换、血液透析序贯净化40例作为序贯组,每组再分常规护理及护理配合干预,分析其治疗效果及预后。结果:在治疗的总有效率和护理有效率方面相比,对照组显著低于序贯组。序贯组出现死亡及呼吸系统病变例数少于对照组,经护理配合干预后干预组病死率及呼吸系统病变者少于常规组,组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P?0.05)。结论:急性百草枯中毒者应在最短时间内采用三项序贯方式的血液净化治疗,并在其治疗期间,配合有针对性的营养支持及心理护理。
Objective：To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning patients with blood purification.Methods：80 cases of acute paraquat poisoning and 40 cases of single blood purification were selected as control group.40 cases of hemoperfusion,plasmapheresis and hemodialysis sequential purification were called sequential group.Each group was divided into routine nursing care and nursing intervention,and the therapeutic effect and prognosis were analyzed.Results：the effective rate of sequential group treatment and nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate after nursing intervention was higher than that of the conventional nursing group.The number of death and respiratory diseases in sequential group was less than that in control group.After nursing intervention,the mortality and respiratory system disease in intervention group were less than those in conventional group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：acute paraquat poisoning should take three sequential ways of blood purification in the shortest time and cooperate with targeted nutritional support and psychological care during the treatment.
