Professor GAO Jinliang once put forward the academic thought of "deficiency due to stagnation and evil due to deficiency" aiming at the development law of chronic atrophic gastritis. Taking "stagnation is to pass it, deficiency is to complement it, and inclusion of evil is to eliminate it" as the starting point, it focuses on the understanding and understanding of stagnation and deficiency, it is believed that "stagnation" is the standard and is mostly food accumulation, phlegm retention, water dampness, qi stagnation, blood stasis, etc. the "deficiency" is not limited to the deficiency of spleen and stomach. Deficiency is evil, and over time it can heat up the yin, enter the collaterals after a long illness, and blood stasis is blood resistance. The manifestation of yin deficiency and qi deficiency will be more obvious in the later stage of the disease, the clinical syndrome types are mainly attributed to qi deficiency with blood stasis and yin deficiency with blood stasis, which are treated by supplementing qi and removing dampness and nourishing yin and removing dampness.
