基于射频功率放大器的阻抗匹配技术 被引量:9

摘要 射频功率放大器所使用的晶体管输入输出阻抗比射频系统标准阻抗小,如果两者直接相连,功率得不到有效传输。为了解决这一问题,在两者之间加入无源网络以消除阻抗之间的差异,实现最大功率传输。以传输-反射法分析单端口网络中实现最大功率传输的条件,归纳评价阻抗匹配网络的参数指标,并以MRF6404型晶体管进行匹配网络的研究和验证。研究结果表明:使用微带线法设计的阻抗匹配电路,比解析法和谐振法设计的电路具有更低失配损耗。 The input and output impedance of the transistor used in radio frequency(RF) power amplifier was smaller than the standard impedance of the RF system.If they were directly connected,the power was not effectively transmitted.In order to solve the problem,a passive network was added to eliminate the impedance difference and achieve maximum power transfer between them.The transmission-reflection method was used to analyze the conditions of the maximum power transmission in the single-port network and the evaluating parameters of the impedance matching network were concluded.The MRF6404 type transistor was used to research and verify impedance matching network.The results show that the impedance matching circuit designed by the microstrip line method has lower mismatch loss than the circuit of the analytical method and the resonance method.
