摘要
针对国内某钢厂钢水真空精炼现状,对机械真空VD精炼工艺进行优化设计,采用了高架式布局、预抽真空工艺,设置液压挡渣板、移动弯管转换装置,同时气冷器和真空过滤器采用灰罐卸灰等创新技术。创新技术应用后机械真空VD装置不仅极限真空度、抽真空时间、终点氢含量等工艺指标达到要求,而且工艺指标和技术经济指标明显优于蒸汽喷射泵,产生了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the current situation of the molten steel vacuum refining in a steel company, the mechanical vacuum VD refining process was optimally redesigned by adopting the overhead layout, pre-vacuuming technology, setting up hydraulic slag baffle,mobile bend conversion device and ash discharging ladle for the gas cooler and vacuum filter and so on. Since the above innovation techniques were applied to the mechanical vacuum VD devices, not only the process indicators of ultimate vacuum degree, vacuuming time and final hydrogen content met requirement, but also the process and technical-economic indicators were obviously better than that of steam jet vacuum system, bringing social and economic benefit.
