摘要
目的:研制出一种含独一味中总环烯醚萜苷与活性炭纤维复合的新型敷料(以下简称敷料),研究其止血、抗菌及促愈合性能。方法:1、采用大鼠背部创面愈合实验模型衡量敷料的止血、抗菌及促愈合性能;2、采用吸水倍率、吸水速率及粘附力实验评价敷料的吸水性及粘附性能;3、软膏剂、粉末剂、喷剂以及敷料四种剂型对比研究。结果:1、在大鼠背部创面愈合实验模型中,分别使用敷料组、云南白药创可贴组及医用纱布空白组的大鼠伤口愈合率为(87.85±1.77)%,(96.26±4.48)%,(58.95±9.11)%;2、吸水倍率实验中,敷料能吸收自身质量1.76倍的水,云南白药创可贴为1.24倍;3、粘附力测定实验中,独一味敷料在吸收较少液体的情况下表现出良好的粘附性能。结论:敷料具有优异的吸水性和粘附性能,且在较短时间内快速地促进伤口愈合并有效防止伤口感染,避免伤口化脓,相比其它三种剂型具有良好的抗菌和促愈合性能。
Objective: To develop a novel dressing based on total iridoid glycosides of Lamiophlomis rotata combined with active carbon fibers (IG/ACFs) for promoting the wound healing efficacy, and to study its hemostatic, antibacterial and healing properties. Methods: 1. The healing model of wound on big rats' back was constructed to show the wound therapeutic properties of IG/ACFs composite dressing. 2. The water absorbency and adhesion experiments were applied to evaluate the hydroscopic and adhesion behavior of IG/ACFs composite dressing. 3.Comparing with three different formulations of iridoid glycosides, such as ointment, powder and spray forms, the healing properties of IG/ACFs surgical dressing were observed. Results: I. In healing model of wound on big rats back, IG/ACFs composite dressing showed an average wound healing rate of (87.85 ± 4.48) %. However, the controlled experiments gave the value of (96.26 ± 1.77) % and (58.95 ± 9.11) % with Yunnan baiyao band-aid and only medical gauze, respectively. 2. In water absorbency experiment, IG/ACFs surgical dressing absorbed 1.76 times water based on their own weight. However, for Yunnan baiyao band-aid, it was only 1.24 times. 3. IG/ACFs composite dressing showed higher adhesion ability in lower water content surroundings. Conclusion: The IG/ACFs surgical dressing showed faster water absorption rate and higher adhesion ability in lower water content surroundings, which led to the promoted efficiency of hemostasis, wound healing and the prevention of corresponding infection and fester. Compared with the other three dosage forms, the IG/ACFs surgical dressing showed better and promoted healing properties.
