摘要
通过对电力通信网IMS行政交换系统构架建设的应用研究,整合系统原有网络资源,解决一般市级行政交换网存在的传统电路交换、软交换混合组网的问题,节省固定资产,提高生产办公和运行管理效率。对于较大的市级供电局采用将SBC设备再逐步下沉到地市,实现网络扁平化,形成以IMS为核心控制层、地市为IMS接入层的网络架构,为省公司行政交换网的生产办公、运行维护管理以及业务应用支撑提供保障,为电力系统后续多媒体相关业务的开展奠定坚实的基础。
Based on the research of the construction of the IMS administrative exchange system in the power communication network,the original network resources were integrated to solve the problems of traditional circuit switching and soft switching in the general municipal administrative exchange network,so as to save the fixed assets and improve the efficiency of operation and management. For the larger Municipal Power Supply Bureau,the network architecture was formed with IMS as the core control layer and the city as the IMS access layer by gradually subsiding the SBC equipment to the city and flatting the network,which provided guarantee for the production office,operation maintenance management and business application support for the provincial administrative exchange network.
