西格列汀与胰岛素在脆性糖尿病患者中的应用与效果被引量：3

摘要目的研讨西格列汀与胰岛素在脆性糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法将32例脆性糖尿病随机归入两组,Ⅰ组单纯接受胰岛素治疗,Ⅱ组同时配合西格列汀口服,对比评估两组的血糖控制效果。结果治疗前,两组接受FPG、2hPBG及日内血糖变异检测,结果相比差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后,Ⅱ组上述各项指标值相比Ⅰ组均明显改善,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。两组观察期间均无严重药物相关性副反应发生。结论对脆性糖尿病患者合用西格列汀及胰岛素治疗有确切、安全的效果,值得推荐。
