摘要
针对不同前室对混合室内流场特性影响不同的特点,利用WORKBENCH与FLUENT14.0软件相结合的CFD求解方式,对两相混合液P507和料液的稀土萃取槽三层搅拌桨混合搅拌过程进行了模拟,分析了前室内部两种不同结构对萃取槽内液体流场分布规律、搅拌功率以及抽吸压力的影响,并在实践中验证了所得结论的正确性,为稀土萃取槽的不同结构设计提供了理论和实践参考依据。
In view of the different influence of different antechambers on the flow field characteristics in the mixing chamber,the CFD solution combining WORKBENCH and FLUENT 14. 0 software is used to mix and stir the two-phase mixed liquid P507 and the liquid rare earth extraction tankwith three-layer mixing paddle. Simulations were carried out to analyze the effects of two different structures in antechamber on the distribution of liquid flow in the extraction tank,stirring power and suction pressure.The correctness of the obtained conclusions was verified in practice,which provides theoretical and practical reference for different structural design.
