磷铁矿床中深孔爆破设计方案优化研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对应用无底柱分段崩落法开采的某磷铁矿床在爆破作业中存在的问题,对爆破能量的释放过程和由爆炸引起的岩石裂隙的生成过程进行了研究,进而优化了该矿无底柱分段崩落法采区中深孔内的装药结构、装药方式和起爆方式。工程实践结果表明:优化后的装药结构能够显著提高爆破对岩体的爆破效果,并有效地降低爆破大块产出率,从而能够为该磷铁矿床确定合理的中深孔爆破方案提供依据。 According to the problems of blasting operation of caving with non-pillar sublevel caving mining method in a iron-phosphate mine,the study of the energy release process of explosive blasting and the process of rock fracture caused by blasting are carried out and then the charge structure and the explosive detonation mode are optimized.The industrial test results show that the blasting effect on the ore rock is improved and the blasting boulder yield is lowered by using the charge structure of explosive.Study results can provide the support for the explosive blasting design of the iron-phosphate mine.
