高锰酸钾对藻细胞及胞外有机物的控制效果 被引量:5

Effect of potassium permanganate on algal cells and extracellular organics control

摘要 以假鱼腥藻(Pseudoanabaena sp.)和颤藻(Oscillatoria sp.)等蓝藻(Cyanobacteria sp.)为优势藻群的深圳石岩水库水样为对象,研究高锰酸钾在氧化过程中藻细胞活性、胞外有机物DOC浓度、胞外溶解性有机物(DOM)的荧光特性变化,以及高锰酸钾预氧化强化混凝除藻和去除有机物的效果。在荧光显微镜下观察到,低浓度(0~1.5 mg·L^(-1))高锰酸钾对藻细胞的灭杀效果并不明显。较高浓度(5 mg·L^(-1))高锰酸钾则对藻细胞结构有一定程度的破坏,藻细胞的总数减少了28%。研究发现,高锰酸钾能够氧化藻细胞使其释放胞内物质,投加1.5mg·L^(-1)后胞外2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)与土臭素(GSM)浓度均有所升高。在高锰酸钾氧化过程中,胞外DOC和DOM荧光总量随氧化时间的延长均呈降低-升高-降低的趋势;5 mg·L^(-1)的高锰酸钾氧化10 min时就会引起芳香性蛋白质类物质和溶解性微生物代谢产物类物质的升高。高锰酸钾能够有效强化混凝去除藻类和有机物,聚合氯化铝(PAC)最优投加量为3 mg·L^(-1),高锰酸钾最优投加量为0.6 mg·L^(-1)。 The influence of permanganate oxidation on activity of algal cells, concentration of extracellular dissolved organic carbon(DOC), fluorescence characteristics of dissolved organic matter(DOM), and the effect of permanganate-enhanced algal cells and organic matter removal by coagulation were investigated. The raw water sampled from Shenzhen Shiyan reservoir was taken as the research object in which Cyanobacteria sp. such as Pseudoanabaena sp. and Oscillatoria sp. were the dominate algal species. The results were observed under the fluorescence microscope as follow: low concentration(0 to 1.5 mg·L-1) of permanganate has no significant effect on the inactivation of algae cells. High concentration(5 mg·L-1) of permanganate would damage the algae cell structure, and the total number of algae cells had decreased by 28%. The study also found that the permanganate oxidation on cell can cause the release of intracellular matters, and the extracellular concentration of 2-MIB and GSM would increase on the permanganate dosage of 1.5 mg·L-1. Both the concentration of extracellular DOC and total fluorescence of DOM showed the trend of decreasing-increasing-decreasing with the increase of oxidation time. The contents of aromatic protein-like substances and soluble microbial product-like substances increased in DOM on oxidation by 5 mg·L-1 of permanganate for 10 min. Permanganate can effectively enhance the coagulation on algae cells and organics removal, and the optimal dosage of PAC is 3 mg·L-1, while the optimal dosage of permanganate is 0.6 mg·L-1.
