摘要
在冬期施工中,电伴热养护由于其自身优势,应用于实际工程中将会取得一定的工程效益和经济效益。通过建立热平衡方程,求解电伴热所需功率,并研究电伴热不同额定功率和铺设方式对混凝土强度的影响规律。结果表明,混凝土强度随着电伴热额定功率的降低回弹强度先增大后趋于稳定。在额定功率为20W/m时,不仅前期强度增长快,而且具有良好的经济性。相比铺设于上表面,在电伴热铺设于混凝土中部时早期回弹强度较低,但钻芯强度较高,且使强度发展比较均匀,后期强度较高。
In winter construction, the electric heat tracing maintenance due to its own advantages,it will achieve certain engineering benefits and economic benefits when applied to practical projects. By establishing the heat balance equation, the required power of the electric tracing is solved, and the influence of different electric power tracing and the laying method on the strength of the concrete is studied. The results show that the strength of concrete increases firstly and then stabilizes with the decrease of the rated power of the electric tracing. At a rated power of 20 W/m, not only does the early stage strength increase rapidly, but also has good economics. Compared to laying on the upper surface, the early stage spring-back strength is lower when the electric heating trace is laid in the middle of the concrete, however, the drilling core's strength is relative high where the strength development is more uniform and the later strength is higher.
