摘要
思想引领作为高校共青团工作的重中之重,一直以来备受广大共青团干部的重视。在社会政治经济变化与发展的新形势下,对于青年学生的思想政治教育的引领成为当前高校思想政治教育的重大命题。做好思想引领工作,必须要把握好思想引领职能的规律、特性,创新工作方法,结合实际,制定切实可行的决策。
As the core of the Communist Youth League in tertiary institutions, ideology guidance has always been valued by leaders of the Communist Youth League. College students＇ ideological and political education guid- ance has become the most important topic for today＇ s tertiary institutions within the situation of shifting and develo- ping social politic economics. To excel in ideology guidance, the law and feature of ideology guidance function has to be firmly grasped. Also, through innovative working method and combination of theory with reality, feasible de- cisions should be formulated.
