考虑光伏发电和储能系统调压能力的配电网储能容量优化配置 被引量:24

Optimized Configuration for ESS Capacity of Distribution Network Considering Voltage Regulation Ability of Photovoltaic Generation and ESS

摘要 接入中低压配电网的高渗透分布式光伏发电易引起双向潮流现象,而现有无功补偿技术无法解决由此引起的配电网电压大范围波动问题。为此考虑到分布式光伏发电和储能系统的无功调节能力,研究通过协调控制储能系统和光伏发电输出的无功功率或有功功率实现配电网电压越限调节的方法,提出一种以配电网电压越限调节为目标的二层储能系统优化配置模型。内层优化模型以协调分布式光伏发电和储能系统的输出功率为前提,旨在消除电压越限;外层优化模型以全年电压越限分布最优为前提,旨在实现储能容量的最小化配置。利用差分进化算法对二层优化模型进行求解,并以IEEE33节点配电网为算例进行仿真。仿真结果验证了所提优化配置方法在改善配电网电压分布状况方面的效果。 High permeable and distributed photovoltaic(PV)generation accessing into the medium and low voltage distribution network may cause bi-directional power flow,while current reactive power compensation technology can't solve the problem of extensive voltage fluctuation of the power distribution network due to the bi-level power flow.Therefore,considering reactive power regulation abilities of distributed PV generation and the energy storage system(ESS),this paper studies a method for realizing voltage exceeding regulation of the distribution network by controlling reactive power or active power of ESS and PV generation in harmony.Meanwhile,it proposes a kind of bi-level ESS optimized model aiming at regulation for voltage exceeding of the power distribution network.In the premise of coordinating output power of distributed PV generation and ESS,the inner optimized model aims at an objective of removing voltage exceeding,while the outer optimized model aims at minimized configuration of ESS capacity in the premise of optimal distribution of the yearly voltage exceeding.By means of the differential evolution algorithm,the paper solves the bi-level optimization model and makes simulation based on IEEE33 node network.Simulation result has verified effect of the proposed optimized method in improving voltage distribution of the distribution network.
