摘要
MTO装置是近年来新发展的生产烯烃方法。MTO装置分为几大部分,水洗-急冷塔属于急冷水洗部分。水洗-急冷塔是保证MTO装置能否正常运转的设备之一。结合MTO装置水洗-急冷塔的配管设计,介绍了塔器管道设计的原则和要求,阐述了MTO装置中水洗-急冷塔管道设计方案和大型支吊架的布置情况。文章还对水洗-急冷塔管道设计中应注意的一些问题进行了探讨。
MTO device is methanol to olefins,which is a new development of production of olefins in recent years.The device is divided into a few parts. Water scrubbing tower belongs to the quick cold water washing part. Water scrubbing tower is one of the equipment to make sure the normal operation of MTO device. Piping design of water scrubbing tower and the arrangement of suspension and support were discussed. Some problems that should be paid attention to in the design of the water washing-quench tower pipeline were also discussed.
