摘要
目的分析病毒性肺炎患者外周T淋巴细胞亚群水平的变化及意义。方法从2016年5月至2017年5月在我院就诊的病毒性肺炎患者中选取100例作为疾病组,另从同期来我院体检的健康人群中选取80例作为健康组。抽取受试者外周静脉血,以流式细胞仪检测受试者的T淋巴细胞亚群细胞水平,分析病毒性肺炎患者外周T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化的意义。结果疾病组的CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+均明显高于健康组(P<0.05);两组的CD8^+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。疾病组中,急性期患者的CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+值均高于恢复期患者(P<0.05);急性期与恢复期患者的CD8^+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病毒性肺炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞水平与健康者比较有显著差异,且其细胞水平可随病情发展过程发生变化,通过检测患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平可为临床的治疗提供指导。
Objective To analyze the changes and significance of the level of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with viral pneumonia. Methods A total of 100 patients of viral pneumonia treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as disease group, and 80 cases of healthy people taking physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as healthy group. Peripheral venous blood was extracted, and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets of the subjects were detected by flow cytometry. The significance of the changes of the level of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with viral pneumonia was analyzed. Results The levels of CD3＋and CD4＋and CD4＋/CD8＋in the disease group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group（P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference in the CD8＋level between the two groups（P〉0.05）. In the disease group, the levels of CD3＋and CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋of patients in acute phase were higher than those of patients in recovery stage（P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference in CD8＋level between acute phase and recovery stage（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The level of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of patients with viral pneumonia is significantly different from that of healthy people, and their cellular levels may change with the progression of the disease. The level of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with viral pneumonia can be used as a guide for clinical treatment.
