摘要
铲运机是金属矿山开采的重要设备之一,在恶劣的工况条件下难免出现故障。铲运机的转向形式特殊,被牵引时需要转向,未加装应急转向功能的车辆在通过弯道时较为困难,大部分生产厂家将应急转向系统作为选装项,并且对于它的研究也相对较少。以FL06A型铲运机为研究对象,通过加装液压泵、电磁换向阀对其液压转向系统进行改进设计。改进应用后,故障设备在被牵引通过弯道时可以快速转向,减少了辅助牵引设备,降低了因设备损坏对生产造成的影响,同时对快速判断液压故障也起到了极大的促进作用。
Carry-scraper is the important device of metal mine mining, which its fault is appealed inevitably during the operation process. The steering form of catTy-scraper is special, when it is pulled, emergency sheering is inevitable. It is very difficult for the vehicles without emergency steering capability to pass through the comers. At present, emergency steering system is taken as optional items by most manufactures, and the study results of the emergency steering system is little. Taking FL06A carry-scrap- er as the study example, its hydraulic steering system is optimized and designed by adding hydraulic pump and electromagnetic directional valve. The practice results show that the goal of steering quickly of the improved carry-scraper when it is pulled through the corners is realized, the auxiliary traction equip- ment is reduced, the influence of device failure on production is reduced, besides that, the improved de- sign is helpful for detemfine hydraulic failure quickly.
