摘要
目的:分析研讨中医体质辨识结合饮食调护在社区老年人健康管理中的应用状况。方法:随机从我院2015年9月-2016年10月期间在我社区体检健康的老年人群中,抽取80例纳入到讨论中,用随机数字法分两组讨论,每组各40例,对照组接受常规性社区健康管理,研究组接受中医体质辨识结合饮食调护进行健康管理,此基础上针对性调整其饮食方案,观察干预效果,并对比分析。结果:对比各体质干预状况,平和质评分,研究组高于对照组,偏颇质评分,研究组低于对照组,组间数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比SF-36评分,包含心理领域和生理领域,干预前,组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组高于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在进行社区老年人健康管理时可联合中医体质辨识和饮食调护的方式,此方式在其心理和生理领域干预效果均明显,且可提升其满意度,值得此后持续应用并推广。
Objective： To analyze the status application of TCM physique identification and dietary nursing in the health management of the elderly in the community. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional community health management. The study group was given the identification of TCM physiques and dietary nursing. The dietary program was adjusted. The effects were observed, compared and analyzed. Results： Compared with the status of physical intervention, scores of the Pinghe physique（平和质） in the study group were higher than the control group; and score of the Pianpo physique（偏颇质） in the study group was lower than the control group; and the difference between the groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. SF-36 scores did not show statistically significant difference between two groups before the intervention（P〈0.05）. Those in the study group was higher than the control group after the intervention; and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM physical identification and dietary nursing showed a good effect on intervention of psychological and physiological field, can improve satisfaction, and is worth continuing to application and promotion.
