摘要
目的:探讨研究对妊娠期高血压疾病患者应用细致化护理管理的临床价值。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年1月期间本院接收的妊娠期高血压疾病患者100例展开研究,将其按入院顺序进行排号,然后录入电脑中使用软件随机分为参照组和研究组,各50例。参照组接受常规的护理管理,研究组接受细致化护理干预,观察比较两组干预后的具体情况。结果:两组干预前血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组收缩压和舒张压均明显低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组并发症发生率、不良妊娠结局发生率比较,研究组产后出血、妊娠期糖尿病、先兆子痫、子痫及胎盘早剥发生率均明显低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组新生儿结局比较,研究组低体重儿、巨大儿、新生儿窒息或死亡、新生儿低血糖发生率均明显低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对妊娠期高血压疾病患者实施细致化护理管理有助于患者血压得到更好的控制,降低患者并发症及不良妊娠结局发生率,使新生儿得到更好的结局,值得推广。
Objective：To explore and study the clinical values of meticulous nursing management in application of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Method：A total of 100 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy received in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected to carry out the study.100 patients were numbered according to the order of admission,were entered the software in the computer and were randomly divided into reference group and study group,50 in each group.The reference group were received regular nursing management,the study group were received meticulous nursing intervention.The specific situations after intervention of two groups were observed and compared.Result：There was no significant difference in blood pressure before intervention between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After intervention,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes after intervention were compared between the two groups,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,gestational diabetes mellitus,preeclampsia,eclampsia and placental abruption in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the neonatal outcomes between the two groups were compared,and the incidence of low weight infants,giant infants,neonatal asphyxia or death,neonatal hypoglycemia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of meticulous nursing management for patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in clinical can help patients get better control of blood pressure,reduce the incidence of complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes,and make better outcomes for the newborns,which is worth promoting.
