摘要
目的：探讨针刺疗法配伍六君子合归脾汤加减治疗心脾两虚型痫病的效果。方法：选取2015年1月—2016年1月我院收治的120例心脾两虚型痫病患者,根据前瞻性、随机原则,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采取卡马西平治疗,观察组采取针刺疗法配合六君子合归脾汤加减治疗,比较2组患者的中医证候疗效、痫性发作频率及持续时间变化情况,并检测2组患者的血清丙二醛（MDA）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）、还原型谷胱甘肽（GSH）、总超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平。结果：观察组的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者的痫性发作频率明显降低、持续时间明显缩短（均P〈0.05）;且观察组的痫性发作频率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,持续时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后,2组患者的MDA均明显低于治疗前;GSH-Px、GSH、SOD水平均明显高于治疗前（均P〈0.05）;且观察组的MDA水平明显低于对照组,GSH-Px、GSH、SOD水平明显高于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论：采用针刺疗法配伍六君子合归脾汤加减治疗心脾两虚患者,能有效降低痫病发作频率,减少痫病发作持续时间,并能有效增强患者的抗氧化应激能力,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the effect of acupuncture therapy combined with Liujunzi Decoction and Guipi Decoction in treating heart and spleen deficiency epilepsy. Methods：120 patients with heart and spleen deficiency in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected,60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the prospective and random principles. The control group was treated with carbamazepine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture therapy combined with Liujunzi Decoction and Guipi Decoction. The curative effect,the frequency and duration of epileptic seizures in the 2 groups were compared,and the levels of serum malondialdehyde（MDA）,glutathione peroxidase（GSH-Px）,glutathione（GSH）and total superoxide dismutase（SOD）were detected in the 2 groups. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the treatment before treatment,the frequency of epileptic seizures in the two groups decreased significantly and the duration was significantly shortened（all P〈0.05）. The frequency of epileptic seizures in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the duration was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,MDA in both groups was significantly lower than before treatment. The levels of GSH-Px,GSH and SOD were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The MDA level of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the level of GSH-Px,GSH and SOD was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using acupuncture therapy combined with Liujunzi Decoction and Guipi Decoction,can effectively reduce seizure frequency,chronic disease,reduce chronic disease onset duration,and can effectively enhance the patient＇s ability to resist oxidative stress,improve the effect of clinical treatment.
