摘要
目的：探讨补肾健骨汤联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果观察。方法：将2016年9月—2017年9月在我院骨科治疗的70例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为两组,均采用后路经皮椎体成形术治疗,术后对照组给予注射鲑降钙素并口服乐力钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用补肾健骨汤,比较两组患者的临床疗效、各项指标改善情况、椎体结构恢复情况。结果：观察组治疗有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后VAS疼痛评分、ODI评分、骨密度与对照组相比明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后椎体前缘丢失高度、伤椎Cobb角明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾健骨汤联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果显著,有利于增强骨质,减轻疼痛,加快骨折愈合,促进胸腰椎功能的恢复,减少骨质丢失,并能预防骨质再发,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective：To observe the effect of Bushen Jiangu Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures in the elderly. Methods：The September 2016—September 2017 in our hospital department of orthopedics for treatment of 70 cases of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture were randomly divided into two groups,treated by posterior percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment,postoperative control group received injection of salmon calcitonin and osteoform oral treatment,observation group on the basis of the control group taking Bushen Jiangu Decoction,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,indicators to improve the situation,the recovery of vertebral body structure. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 97.14%,significantly higher than the control group 77.14%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the observation group after treatment VAS pain score,ODI score,bone density compared with the control group improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the observation group after treatment of vertebral body the loss of vertebral height,Cobb angle was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Bushen Jiangu Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture effect is remarkable,is conducive to enhance the bone,relieve pain,accelerate fracture healing,promote thoracic and lumbar function recovery,reduce bone loss,and prevention of recurrence,has the clinical significance of the product.
