摘要
"虚火"在中医基础理论中占据重要地位,随着不断临床实践及深入探索,虚火证理论不断发展和完善。根据气血阴阳病机不同,可分为气虚之火、血虚之火、阴虚之火、阳虚之火,若结合脏腑辨证,又可分为肾虚之火、脾虚之火、肝虚之火等。关于虚火证论述的书籍文献琳琅满目,历代医家对其病因病机认识、治则用药等有不同体会。由于虚火证广泛存在于临床各科,且具有"难辨难治"特点,因此对虚火证进行系统研究具有重要的临床意义。通过查阅古代及近现代文献,主要从虚火证病因病机、临床表现、治则治法、常用方药4个方面入手,简单整理介绍历代医家对虚火证的认识。
The ‘deficiency-fire＇ occupies an important position in the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. With continuous clinical practice and in-depth exploration, the theory of deficiency-fire pattern is continuously developed and improved. According to the different pathogenesis of yin, yang, qi and blood, it can be divided into qi deficiency fire, blood deficiency fire, yin deficiency fire, and yang deficiency fire. If combined with internal organs syndrome, it can be divided into kidney deficiency fire, spleen deficiency fire, liver deficiency fire and so on. The literatures discussing about the deficiency-fire pattern is dazzling, and the doctors of different dynasties have different understandings of their etiology, pathogenesis, and medication. Because deficiency-fire pattern is widely found in clinical departments and characterized by ‘difficult to distinguish and intractable＇, it is of important clinical significance to conduct systematic research on deficiency-fire pattern. Through reading ancient and modern literatures, this article mainly focuses on the causes and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, treatment methods, and common prescriptions, to briefly summarize the knowledge of virtual physicians on deficiency-fire pattern.
