摘要
目的探究针对性护理在喉癌患者术后持续负压引流中的应用。方法选取86例行术后持续负压引流的喉癌患者为受试对象,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组患者仅给予喉癌术后常规护理干预,观察组患者则在其基础上提供针对性护理。比较干预3d后两组患者生活质量[癌症患者生命质量量表-头颈癌(QLICP-HN)]、3d内并发症发生情况、引流管留置时间差异。结果干预3d后,观察组患者QLICP-HN各项评分及总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3d内,观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者引流管留置时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有针对性的护理干预措施在喉癌患者术后持续负压引流中可获得良好应用效果,有利于其预后康复。
Objective To explore the application of targeted nursing in postoperative continuous negative pressure drainage of patients with laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with laryngeal carcinoma treated with continuous negative pressure drainage were selected as subjects.The random number table method was divided into observation group（n=43） and control group（n=43） according to the random number table method.The control group was only given routine nursing intervention after laryngeal carcinoma surgery, and the observation group was given targeted nursing on this basis. The quality of life at 3 d after intervention（quality of life scale for cancer patients-head and neck cancer（QLICP-HN）],the occurrence of complications within 3 d,and the retention time of drainage tube were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention 3 d,the scores and total scores of QLICP-HN in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Within 3 d of intervention,the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The retention time of drainage tube in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for postoperative continuous negative pressure drainage in patients with laryngeal carcinoma can obtain good effects and it is conducive to the prognosis and recovery.
