摘要
目的了解某市医院感染管理现状并分析其中存在的问题,从而提出可行性建议。方法根据有关要求设计调查表,采用现场督查、问卷方式对全市54所不同层次的医院进行感染管理情况调查。结果所调查54所医院中,三级医院9所,二级医院26所,一级医院16所,民营医院3所;综合医院所占比例最大,占53.70%。三级医院、二级综合医院均配备有感染管理委员会、感染管理科、感染管理小组,一级、二级专科医院、民营医院相对较差。三级医院感染控制工作开展率均为100%,一级、二级、民营医院开展率相对较差。专(兼)职人员以女性为主,年龄偏大,半数以上为中级职称,大部分为护士,医疗仅占了不足12%,检验及其他专业更少,半数的人从业年限不足3年。结论不同级别的医院感染管理现状差异较大,应采取有效措施合理配备专职人员,完善相关制度,进而指导开展医院感染控制工作。
Objective To understand the current situation of nosocomial infection management in a city and analyze the existing problems, and put forward feasible suggestions.Methods According to the relevant requirements, the questionnaire was designed and the infection management of 54 different levels of hospitals in the city were investigated by the way of on-site inspection and questionnaire. The data were analyzed with SPSS11.5 for descriptive analysis.Results Among the 54 hospitals, there were 9 tertiary hospitals, 26 secondary hospitals, 16 first-class hospitals and 3 private hospitals.General hospitals account for the largest proportion, accounting for 53.70%.Third-level hospitals and second-level general hospitals are equipped with infection management committees, infection management departments, infection management teams.Primary and secondary specialist hospitals and private hospitals are relatively poor.The launch rate of infection control work in tertiary hospitals was 100%, and the development rate of primary, secondary, and private hospitals was relatively poor.Specialized（part-time） staff are mainly women, older, and more than half are mid-level professional titles.Most of them are nurses, and medical treatment only accounts for less than 12%. Inspections and other specialties are even less. Half of the people are employed for less than 3 years.Conclusion The status of different levels of hospital infection management is quite different, and effective measures should be taken to reasonably allocate full-time personnel and improve the relevant systems so as to guide the implementation of hospital infection control.
