基于压电薄膜传感器的心率呼吸率实时监测 被引量:14

Real-time monitoring of heart rate and respiratory rate based on piezoelectric thin-film sensor

摘要 通过对基于压电薄膜传感器的生命体征信号采集技术进行研究,提出了采用小波变换及新的时域寻峰算法得到心率和呼吸率,并将结果进行实时展示的技术。采用小波分析对传到上位机的数字信号进行处理,得到不同尺度的信号分量,并对其进行重构,得到心跳、呼吸波形。采用简单寻峰与两次筛选相结合的方法得到人体的心率呼吸率。使用Lab VIEW实时展示波形,并与脉搏血氧饱和度仪测得的脉率进行对比,验证其精度。结果表明:通过算法处理可以得到平均误差在4%以内,准确度较高的心率呼吸率。 By studying on vital signs signal acquisition technique based on piezoelectric thin-film sensor. Wavelet transform and a new time-domain peak finding algorithm are used to obtain the heart rate and respiratory rate and the results are displayed in real time. Digital signal transmitted to the host computer is processed by wavelet analysis,and signal components of different scales are obtained and reconstructed to obtain heartbeat and respiratory waveform. With a method combines simple peak seeking with twice screening to obtain the body's heart rate and respiratory rate. Real-time display waveforms with Lab VIEW,compare with the pulse oximetry measured pulse rate to verify its precision. The results show that the average error is within 4 % and higher accuracy of heart rate and respiration rate can be obtained by using the algorithm.
