摘要
文章以景电工程为研究对象,将系统的生态服务价值划分为内部价值和外部价值,运用模型法和因子当量法做了初步分析。研究结果表明,景电工程的内部生态服务价值为36.3×10^8元,是年总成本的25.0倍。外部生态服务价值为40.05×10^8元,是年总成本的27.6倍。景电工程通过外流域调水治沙和生态移民,变"沙逼人退"为"人进沙退",为干旱区生态移民和防沙治沙提供了一条值得借鉴的成功之路。
This paper makes a preliminary analysis by using the model method and the factor equivalent method, and by the Jingtaichuan electric power irrigation engineering as the research object, and the ecological service value of the system is divided into internal value and external value. The internal value of ecosystem services value of Jingdian Irrigation Areas is 36.3×10^8 yuan, and is 25.0 times of the annual total cost. The external value of ecosystem services value of Jingdian Irrigation Areas is 40.05×10^8 yuan, and is 27.6 times of the annual total cost. The Jingtai electric power irrigation engineering is China's only high lift irrigation to the desert water diversion irrigation project. It provides a successful and reference way for ecological migration in arid area and sand control through sand control by water diversion from outer watershed from "the sand push forward and people retreat" to "the man push forward and the sand retreat".
