摘要
目的通过比较伴与不伴抑郁症状的精神分裂症病人血清中脑源性神经营养因子(mBDNF)、脑源性神经营养因子前体(proBDNF)水平及两者比值差异,探讨三者对伴与不伴抑郁症状的首发精神分裂症病人的诊断价值。方法采用ELISA法测定30例伴抑郁症状的精神分裂症病人(抑郁组)、30例不伴抑郁症状的精神分裂症病人(非抑郁组)及30例健康对照者(对照组)血清中mBDNF、proBDNF含量,并计算mBDNF/proBDNF(M/P)比值。结果抑郁组和非抑郁组病人血清中mBDNF水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),抑郁组mBDNF水平明显低于非抑郁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组proBDNF水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);抑郁组M/P值低于非抑郁组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非抑郁组M/P值与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论检测血清中mBDNF水平和M/P比值有助于鉴别伴与不伴抑郁症状的精神分裂症病人。
Objective To investigate the differences in serum levels of mature brain-derived neurotrophic factor(mBDNF)and pro-brain-derived neurotrophic factor(proBDNF)and their ratio between first-episode schizophrenia patients with depressive symptoms and those without,as well as the value of these three indices in the diagnosis of first-episode schizophrenia patients with or without depressive symptoms. Methods A total of 30 schizophrenia patients with depressive symptoms(depressive group),30 schizophrenia patients without depressive symptoms(non-depressive group),and 30 healthy controls(control group)were enrolled.ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of mBDNF and proBDNF,and mBDNF/proBDNF(M/P)ratio was calculated. Results The depressive group and the non-depressive group had a significantly higher serum level of mBDNF than the control group(P〈0.01),and the depressive group had a significantly lower serum level of mBDNF than the non-depressive group(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum level of proBDNF between the three groups(P〉0.05).The depressive group had a significantly lower M/P ratio than the non-depressive group and the control group(P〈0.05),and there was no significant difference in M/P ratio between the non-depressive group and the control group(P〉0.05). Conclusion Measurement of the serum level of mBDNF and calculation of M/P ratio help with the differential diagnosis of schizophrenia with or without depressive symptoms.
