摘要
基于我国自主研究制定的国家标准《数据安全能力成熟度模型》,提出《大数据安全与隐私保护过程》国际标准提案,通过定义大数据安全与隐私保护的过程参考模型、过程评估模型和过程成熟度模型,帮助大数据的参与组织评估自身的大数据安全与隐私保护的能力水准,建立大数据安全与隐私保护能力的提升方案;并介绍该国际标准立项提案的编制背景、标准进展、技术内容。
Based on the Chinese national standard ＂Data security capability maturity model＂ which was defined in TC260, this paper puts forward ＂Big data security and privacy processes＂. The proposal aims to define process reference model, process assessment model and process maturity model for big data security and privacy, to help big data organizations to assess their big data security and privacy protection capability, and create their roadmap to improve their big data security and privacy protection capability; and then, the compilation background, standard progress and technical content of the international standard proposal are introduced.
