摘要
艾滋病抗病毒治疗后,容易出现不良反应,这已经被大量的临床实践加以证明。不良反应的存在,会对抗病毒治疗的有效性造成严重的负面影响,必须要采取措施加以改进。本次研究结合当前艾滋病抗病毒治疗的现状,对治疗后的不良反应,如肝损伤、皮疹、消化道不良反应、周围神经病变、脂代谢异常、血液系统异常等进行了分析,并对中药减轻不良反应的措施和效果进行了探讨,旨在为今后相关内容的研究提供一定的参考依据。
After antiretroviral treatment for AIDS, it is easy to occur adverse reactions, which has been proved by a large number of clinical practice. The presence of adverse reaction could have a serious negative impact on the effective antiretroviral treatment. Therefore, measures must be taken to improve them. Combined with the current status of AIDS antiviral therapy, the author analyzed the adverse reactions after treatment, such as liver injury, rash, adverse reaction of digestive tract, peripheral neuropathy, abnormal lipid metabolism, and abnormal blood system, and the measures and effects of Chinese medicine on alleviating adverse reactions were discussed in the future. In order to provide reference basis for the content research in the future.
