摘要
目的了解高职在校护生对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者的歧视水平,以及对影响高职在校护生AIDS歧视水平的因素进行相关性分析。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取四川省某高职医学院校在校护生360名,采用学生预防AIDS健康量表、中文版Zelaya AIDS歧视量表、大众AIDS知识知晓率调查表进行调查。结果回收有效问卷349份,有效率为96.9%,AIDS知晓率为55.56%,高职在校护生AIDS歧视水平总体得分为56.75±14.50;总歧视态度受到地区、年龄、家庭人均月收入、每月生活费的影响,而是否接受健康教育和大众AIDS知识知晓率是影响在校护生歧视态度的主要因素(P<0.05)。性别、父母文化程度、是否独生子女和恋爱经历与歧视态度无关。结论高职在校护生中存在AIDS歧视现象,进行AIDS相关知识普及教育有利于降低在校护生AIDS歧视水平,提高对HIV感染者/AIDS患者的护理服务质量,促进AIDS防治工作的开展。
[Objective] To understand the discrimination levels of human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） infectors/AIDS patients among nursing students in higher vocational colleges, and analyze the influencing factors of AIDS discrimination levels among nursing students in higher vocational colleges. [Methodsl A total of 360 nursing students in a vocational medical college were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method, and the students＂ health scale for AIDS prevention, Chinese version of Zelaya AIDS discrimination scale and public AIDS awareness rate questionnaire were used to investigate. [Results] There were 349 valid questionnaires, valid rate was 96.9%, and the awareness rate of AIDS was 55.56%. The overall score of AIDS discrimination level among nursing students in higher vocational college was 56.75±14.50. The total discrimination attitude was affected by areas, age, family monthly income per person and monthly living expenses, and whether or not to accept the health education and public awareness rate of AIDS were the main influencing factors of discrimination attitude among nursing students in higher vocational college （P〈0.05）. The gender, parental educational level, whether the only child and love experience were not related to the discrimination attitude. [Conclusion] The AIDS discrimination situation exists in nursing students in higher vocational college. AIDS related knowledge education is helpful to reduce the AIDS discrimination level among nursing students in higher vocational college, increase the nursing service quality for HIV infectors/AIDS patients, and promote the development of AIDS prevention and control work.
