摘要
以煤炭资源组分和性质为基础,以能值为衡量基准,提出了煤炭近零生态环境影响开发利用的理念;论述了深部开采力学基础理论、煤炭超低损害开采理论、绿色高效开发理论、重大灾害防治基础理论、煤与瓦斯共采新理论、煤水双资源型矿井开采理论等开发理论,煤炭高效燃烧新理论、煤炭清洁转化理论、常规污染物深度脱除理论、二氧化碳捕集利用理论等利用理论;从近零生态损害的智能化无人开采、近零污染物排放的清洁低碳利用两大方面,凝炼形成了与"十三五"、未来15年和30年相适应的升级与换代技术(2020年前)、拓展与变革技术(2020—2035年)、引领与探索技术(2035—2050年),提出了煤炭开发的超低生态损害的信息化自动化开采、近零生态损害的智能化无人化开采、构建智慧能源系统的三个发展阶段和发展路线图,煤炭利用的超低排放、初步近零排放、近零排放的三个发展阶段和发展路线图,形成了系统的煤炭近零生态环境影响开发利用理论和技术构想。
Based on the composition and properties of coal resources and the energy value as the benchmark,the paper presents the ideas of the near-zero ecological environmental impact of coal development and utilization,and discusses the basic theory of deep mining mechanics,the theory of ultra-low damage mining of coal,the theory of green and efficient development,the basic theory of prevention and treatment of major disasters,the new theory of coal and gas mining,the theory of coal and water mining,the new theory of high efficiency combustion of coal,the clean conversion theory of coal,the theory of deep removal of conventional pollutants,and the theory of capture and utilization of carbon dioxide,etc.From the two aspects of the intelligent exploitation of the near zero ecological damage and the clean and low carbon utilization of the near zero pollutant emission,the "13 th Five-Year",the next 15 years and the 30 years are formed.Replacing Technology( before 2020),expanding and changing technology( 2020—2035 years),leading andexploring technology( 2035—2050 years) have formed a revolutionary theory and technical system of the coal revolution,providing a guidance for a long period of scientific and technological innovation.
