考虑运行灵活性的智能配电网多层优化规划 被引量:10

Research on Multi-layer Optimization Planning Method for Intelligent Distribution Network Considering Operational Flexibility

摘要 分布式电源及需求侧响应等灵活性资源的快速发展给配电网运行控制方式带来了重大变化,而传统的配电网规划中未考虑到这些灵活性资源在削峰填谷、灵活转供等方面的积极作用。文章综合考虑运行控制手段和需求侧管理等灵活性资源对配电网规划方案的影响,提出考虑运行灵活性、以综合成本最小为目标的智能配电网优化规划模型,并结合微分进化算法、Voronoi和Prim算法提出了基于多层优化技术的规划模型求解方法及流程,最后针对典型供电区域进行算例验证,结果表明考虑运行灵活性的智能配电网规划方法相比传统规划方法经济性得到显著提升,并为智能配电网的规划建设提供新的思路。 Development of flexible resources such as distributed generation and demand-side response have brought significant changes to the operation and control of distribution networks. The positive impacts of these flexible resources in peak load adjustment and flexible transfer in operation have not been taken into consideration sufficiently in the traditional distribution network planning. The impacts of flexible resources such as operation control methods and demand-side management on distribution networks planning are considered comprehensively in this paper,and corresponding planning model of intelligent distribution network is proposed with the aim of minimizing the total cost. The solving method and process are also put forward on the basis of the combination of differential evolution,Voronoi and Prim algorithms. Finally,a numerical example in a typical power supply area is provided to verify the proposed method,and results showthat the economy of the proposed model has been improved significantly compared to traditional methods. The model can also provide newideas for the planning and constructions of the future intelligent distribution networks.
