摘要
中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂采用石油化工科学研究院开发的LTAG技术,在齐鲁3~#催化裂化装置进行工业应用。结果表明:实施LTAG技术后,催化裂化装置汽油收率升高4.91%,柴油收率降低7.36%。加氢LCO转化率、LPG选择性和汽油选择性分别为57.45%、7.21%和66.65%。催化裂化装置所产的稳定汽油性质变好,柴油性质没有明显变化。LTAG技术达到了压减催化柴油、多产汽油、降低柴汽比的目的。
LTAG technology developed by the research institute of petroleum processing was used in 3# FCC unit in Shengli refinery of Sinopec Qilu Branch. The results showed that the FCC gasoline yield increased by 4.91% and the diesel yield decreased by 7.36% after the implementation of LTAG technology. The hydrotreated LCO conversion, LPG selectivity, and gasoline selectivity were 57.45%, 7.21%, and 66.65%, respectively. The nature of the FCC gasoline became better, and there was no significant change in the nature of the diesel. The goal of reducing diesel, producing more gasoline and reducing diesel-gasoline ratio has been achieved after using LTAG technology.
