摘要
针对扭转梁开发过程中台架实验开裂问题,应用有限元分析和台架应力采集进行综合对比,调查开裂原因,再结合实际生产工艺提出整改方案。对整改方案进行CAE分析和样件台架验证可行性,经过方案多次优化最终解决扭转梁台架开裂问题。
This article is focus on the crack problem of bench test in the development of twist beam,FEA and stress data collection are applied to comprehensive comparison,seek for the reason of crack,improved project is introduced with the manufacturing technique. CAE and sample bench test are applied to verify the feasibility of the project,the crack problem of bench test was solved by repeated optimization finally.( In Chinese)
