摘要
尝试以纺织边角料对位芳纶纤维(PPTA)为吸附材料,研究其对水中亚甲基蓝(阳离子染料)和刚果红(阴离子染料)的吸附,并对吸附前后的PPTA进行表征。结果表明,在PPTA为优化投加量0.1 g下,对100 m L质量浓度均为30 mg/L的亚甲基蓝、刚果红的去除率最高分别可达89.5%和88.3%(适宜的p H分别为9和6)。PPTA对亚甲基蓝和刚果红的吸附动力学模型更符合准2级反应模型,吸附等温线更符合Freundlich吸附等温方程。经过一次再生后的PPTA仍具有较强吸附能力。其对染料吸附性能与传统活性炭相近,是具有发展前景的新型可分离回收的吸附功能材料。
Para-aramid fibers (PPTA) leftover fIom textile materials were used as adsorption material and the adsorption of methylene blue (cationic dye) and congo red (anionic dye) in water by PPTA was studied. The PPTA before and after the adsorption of the dyes were characterized. The results showed that when the optimal dosage of PPTA was 0.1 g, the optimum removal efficiency of methylene blue and congo red which were both with a volumn of 100 mL and mass concentration of 30 mg/L could reach 89.5% and 88.3% respectively (the optimum pH was 9 and 6 respectively). The adsorption kinetic models for the 2 dyes by PPTA were more consistent with pseudo-two-order reaction models and the adsorption isotherms conformed to Freundlich adsorption isotherm equations. After regeneration once, PPTA still had a strong adsorption capacity. At the same time, the adsorption performance of PPTA for dye was similar to that of traditional activated carbon and it is also a new adsorbent with a bright future.
