摘要
咪唑啉硫酸盐化合物是一类重要的环境友好型离子液体缓蚀剂,研究其在酸性介质中对X70钢的缓蚀性能及作用机理具有重要意义。采用动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱、X射线衍射图谱分析等方法测试其在5%盐酸介质中的电化学参数,如阻抗变化、腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流等。结果表明,20℃时,在5%盐酸介质中添加0.05 mol/L咪唑啉硫酸盐缓蚀剂时,缓蚀效率为66.9%,腐蚀反应的标准吉布斯自由能为-18.8 k J/mol,是自发进行的物理吸附。咪唑啉硫酸盐缓蚀剂能够同时对腐蚀过程的阴阳极反应起到抑制作用,是混合型缓蚀剂。咪唑啉硫酸盐缓蚀剂在5%盐酸介质中对X70钢具有良好的缓蚀作用,是一种有广泛应用前景的绿色缓蚀剂。
Imidazoline sulfate compounds are environment-friendly ionic liquid corrosion inhibitors. The study on the corrosion inhibition performance and mechanism of the ionic liquid on X70 steel in acidic medium is significant. In this paper, the electrochemical parameters in 5% HCl medium, such as impedance variation, corrosion potential and corrosion current, were studied by electrochemical methods including potentiostatic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Composition of the corrosion product was analyzed by using X-ray diffraction spectroscopy. The results showed that the corrosion inhibition efficiency was 66.9% when adding 0.05 mol/L corrosion inhibitor in 5% HCl medium at 20 ℃, and the Gibbs free energy of the corrosion reaction was-18.8 k J/mol, which was spontaneous physical adsorption. Electrochemical potential polarization showed that imidazolium sulfate corrosion inhibitor as a mixed-type inhibitor could simultaneously inhibit the corrosion process of the anode and cathode reactions. The imidazole sulfate corrosion inhibitor has significant corrosion inhibition effect on X70 steel in 5% HCl medium, and is a green corrosion inhibitor having wide application prospect.
