摘要
目的:探讨复方甘草合剂致药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索中国知网、维普数据库及万方数据库中复方甘草合剂致ADR报告文献,对收集到的70例ADR的相关情况进行分类归纳、统计分析。结果:70例使用复方甘草合剂发生ADR的患者中,男性46例,女性22例,男性多于女性;年龄1 d^89岁,<10岁者居多(19例,占27.14%);常规剂量用药27例(占38.57%),超剂量用药39例(占55.71%);ADR多发生于给药后10 min内(35例,占50.00%);ADR最主要的临床表现为中毒(19例,占27.14%),其次为成瘾(14例,占20.00%)、皮疹(10例,占14.29%),最严重的临床表现为死亡和过敏性休克。结论:临床使用复方甘草合剂时应重视血液监测及过敏性休克的发生,采取有效措施防范和应对。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the general rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by compound licorice mixture, so as to provide tel^fence for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS： Literature of ADR cases induced by compound licorice mixture were retrieved from CNKI, VIP database and Wanfang database, totally 70 ADR cases were collected, and statistical analysis and smnmary were condueted. RESULTS： Of the 70 ADR cases induced by compound licorice mixture, males were 46 cases and imales were 22 cases, there were more males than females. Patients with ADR were aged from l d-89 years old, with a majority of 〈 10 years old（ 19 cases, 27.14% ）. In addition, there were 27 cases of standard dose（38.57% ） and 39 cases of over dose（55.71% ）. ADR mostly occurred within 10 rain of administration （35 cases, 50. 00% ）. The main clinical manifestation were performed as poisoning （ 19 eases, 27.14% ） , followed by habituation （ 14 cases, 20.00% ） and rash （ 10 eases, 14.29% ）. The most sever elinieal manifestation were death and anaphylactic shock. CONCLUSIONS： It is necessary to attach more importance to the occurrence of haemovigilance and anaphylactic shock when using compound licorice mixture in clinic, and take effective corresponding measures.
