南美星油藤种子生物学特性初步探讨 被引量:4

摘要 本研究对南美星油藤(Plukenetia volubilis L.)种子的生物学特性进行研究,通过观测果实及种子,测定种子的千粒重、种子含水量、种子活力和种皮透水性;研究不同梯度的温度、化学药剂对种子发芽特性的影响;观测种苗生长特性等。结果表明其胚乳丰富,千粒重较大,但含水量不高。种子活力受贮藏时间的影响较大,25℃贮藏30~60 d的种子发芽效果最佳,1年后将失去活力。KMnO_4和GA_3均能不同程度地提高种子萌发率,此外其萌发率还受浸种温度影响。本研究不仅可以了解南美星油藤植株繁殖性状,还能为南美星油藤的推广种植提供理论依据。 In this paper, we studied the biological characteristics of seeds about the Plukenetia volubilis L. By observing the fruits and seeds, to determine the 1 000-grain weight of seeds, seed water content, seed vigor, seed skin permeability; Study the temperature of different gradients, Effects of chemical agents on germination characteristics of seeds; The growth characteristics of seedlings were observed. The results showed that the endosperm was rich, the 1 000-grain weight was large, but the water content was not high. Seed vigor is greatly influenced by the storage time. The seeds germinated for 30 to 60 days at 25℃ have the best germination effect and will lose their vitality after 1 year. Both KMnO4 and GA3 can increase the seed germination rate to varying degrees.In addition, the germination rate is also affected by the soaking temperature. This study can not only understand the reproductive traits of Plukenetia volubilis, but also provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and planting of Plukenetia volubilis.
