摘要
在新的历史时期汾河灌区发展出现显著变化,文中提出灌区田间工程存在的一系列问题,阐述了灌区应坚持发展方向是稳定灌溉规模、干支渠系工程的技术改造、田间渠系工程技术改造、灌区末级渠系的管道化以及重视水土资源的高效利用。针对不同灌域群众耕作与灌溉特点,提出大田粮食作物、水稻、果树以及设施农业四种不同工程组合技术模式,提出大力发展小畦灌溉为主导的灌水技术,改进灌溉制度和地膜覆盖主导农艺节水技术。
The significant changes of development in the Fenhe Irrigation District have appeared in the new historical period. The paper puts forward a serial of problems existing in farmland works of this district,expounds that the irrigation district should adhere to stable irrigation scale,to persist the technical reconstruction of main and branch canals works and farmland canals works,to replace the final farmland canals with pipes and attach importance to the high-efficiency use of soil and water resources. In view of different culture and irrigation features of the region＇s farmers,the paper also puts forward four different technical combination modes about field grain crop,rice,fruit tree and facility agriculture,and proposes making great efforts to develop irrigation technology dominated by small border irrigation,to improve the irrigation scheduling and to conduct agricultural water-saving technology of mulching farmland with plastic sheeting.
