摘要
目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取宜宾县人民医院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者66例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各33例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片治疗,连续治疗2个月。比较两组患者临床疗效,白介素4(IL-4)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白介素8(IL-8)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者IL-4、hs-CRP、IL-8水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组IL-4水平高于对照组,hs-CRP和IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者炎性症状,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mesalazine joint clostridium butyricum TO-A in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 66 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were selected from February 2016 to February 2017 in Yibin People＇s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,treatment group was treated with clostridium butyricum TO-A based on control group,both groups were treated for two months.The clinical effect,levels of IL-4,hs-CRP,IL-8,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no significant differences of IL-4,hs-CRP or IL-8 was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the treatment group of IL-4 was higher than control group,hs-CRP and IL-8 were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mesalazine joint clostridium butyricum TO-A have an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,it can effectively improve the inflammatory symptoms of patients,and lower incidence rate of adverse reactions.
