摘要
采用气相色谱法测定高粱中的溴氰菊酯残留量,较全面考虑了整个测定过程中不确定度来源,计算各不确定度分量并合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。高粱中溴氰菊酯残留量测定结果表示为(0.1015±0.0065)mg/kg,k=2。结果达到了对其测量不确定度的合理评定。
Deltamethrin residue in sorghum was detected by GC. The uncertainties source in the detection process were analyzed.Each uncertainty component was calculated and standard uncertainty and expanding uncertainty were synthesized. The determination results were（0.1015±0.0065） mg/kg, k=2, which were in accord with the reasonable assessment and reflected the actual level of testers and the equipment in the lab.
