摘要
集团化办学是教育部发布的为推动公办职业学校资源整合和重组,走规模化、集团化路子的要求,进一步深化职业教育办学体制、运行机制和人才培养模式改革,促进职业教育扩大规模、提高质量而提出的。台安县职业教育中心的养殖专业,几年来在辽宁现代农业职教集团的领导下,通过办学方针、人才培养模式、继续教育建设、社会化服务体系、校企合作等方面的共同建设,初步探索出一个适合中职学校发展的办学模式,实践证明集团化办学顺应国情,符合职业教育发展的特点。
The vocational education group is an orga nizational form of educational management and development which is transplanted form the enterprises group. At present, vocational education group is the main form in the intensification development of Chinese vocational and technical education. Under the leadership of Liaoning Modern Agricultural Vocational Education Group,breeding specialty in Tai＇an Vocational Education Center has explored a school-running model which is suitable for the development of vocational schools.
