摘要
目的探究缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)与低氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的表达,分析两者对缺血性脑卒中患者的影响及两者相关性。方法选择2017年9~12月神经内科收治的首次发病的45例缺血性脑卒中患者作为实验组,同期体检的25例正常人作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测两组对象的IMA阳性表达及HIF-1α浓度。对比分析两组IMA阳性表达及HIF-1α浓度差异,分析血清IMA与HIF-1α的相关性。结果两组IMA表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组IMA阳性表达率高于对照组。两组HIF-1α浓度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组高于对照组。实验组中不同性别IMA血清浓度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),男性高于女性。经Spearman秩相关分析显示,在实验组中,IMA与HIF-1α浓度表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者IMA及HIF-1α血清浓度较正常人增高,联合检测两种因子有助于评估及预测病情转归,为临床诊治该病提供参考。
Objective To investigate the expression of ischemia modified albumin (IMA) and hypoxia inducible factor (HIF)-1α in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and to further analyze the effect of both on ischemic stroke patients and their ton'elation.Methods From September to December 2017,45 patients with ischemic stroke were selected as experimental group and 25 normal subjects as control group.The positive expression of IMA and the concentration of HIF-1α were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa).Meanwhile,the positive expression of IMA and the difference of HIF-1α concentrations between the two groups were compared and analyzed, and correlation between serum IMA and HIF-1α was analyzed.Results The difference of IMA expression was statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.01) ,the positive expression rate of IMA in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The difference of HIF-1α concen-trations between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0.01 ), and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.01 ).There was statistically significant difference in serum concentration of IMA between different sexes in the experimental group( P〈0.01 ) , and that in male was higher than that in temale.Speannan rank correlation analysis showed that there was positive correlation between the expression of IMA and HIF-1α concentrations in the experimental group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The serum, concentrations of IMA and HIF-1α in patients with acute ischemic stroke are higher than those in normal controls.The combined detection of the two tactors is helpful to evaluate and predict the outcome of the disease ,which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
