摘要
研究了一种基于霍尔传感器的位置及转速估算改进技术。针对传统霍尔传感器测速方案在不同转速下的测量结果存在较大误差的问题,综合了2种传统算法的优点,在不同的速度区间内采用不同的采样周期,使用动态更新采样周期的方式,有效地平衡了电机在不同转速下对于实时性和采样精度的要求。实验结果与理论分析均表明,相较于传统算法,位置及转速估算改进技术对采样精度和系统动态性能上均有较大提高。
An improved technique of position and speed estimation based on Hall sensor was analyzed. In view of the fact that the traditional Hall sensor velocity measurement scheme has different errors in the measurement results at different rotational speeds,the advantages of the two traditional algorithms were summarized. Different speed intervals were used in different sampling periods,effectively balancing the requirements for real-time and sampling accuracy for different motor speeds. Experimental results and theoretical analysis show that,compared with the traditional algorithm,the position and speed estimation techniques were greatly improved both in terms of sampling accuracy and system dynamic performance.
