激发惠州发展与创新活力与动力的关键是找准区域定位和优势。相较于珠三角其他城市,土地、自然环境、经济产业发展环境与人文社会等内生要素是惠州的优势,协调利用好这些内生要素,并将其转化为后发优势,必将加快惠州融入粤港澳大湾区建设的进程。
Stimulate the development of Huizhou and innovative vitality and power of the key is finding a regional positioning and advantages. Compared to other cities in the Pearl River Delta, the land, the natural environment, economic and industrial development environment and humanistic society such as endogenous fac-tors is the advantages of Huizhou, coordinating the use of these endogenous factors and conversion thereof to the later-mover advantage, Huizhou will certainly speed up the integration process of the construction of the Great Bay Area.
