摘要
目的 探讨FOCUS-PDCA模式在血液透析中无症状低血糖管理中的应用效果.方法 选取血液透析患者130例,2016年1月至6月65例患者为对照组,2016年7月至12月65例患者为观察组.观察组应用FOCUS-PDCA程序行透析中无症状低血糖管理,对照组给予常规护理干预.比较两组效果.结果 观察组无症状低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.对照组发生无症状低血糖引发意外事件3例（抽搐1例,昏迷2例）,观察组未发生意外事件.观察组透析0h、1h、2h、3h、4h血糖值水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 应用FOCUS-PDCA程序有效降低血液透析中无症状低血糖的发生率,值得推广.
Objective To explore the application effect of FOCUS-PDCA model in the management of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in hemodialysis. Methods 130 patients with hemodialysis were selected.From January 2016 to June 2016, the patients were divided into the control group. From July 2016 to December 2016, the patients were divided into observation groups.In the observation group, there was no symptom hypoglycemia management in the dialysis of the FOCUS-PDCA program, and routine nursing intervention was given to the control group. The two groups of effects were compared. Results The incidence of asymptomatic hypoglycemia was lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .In the control group, there were 3 cases of asymptomatic hypoglycemia （ Convulsions 1 case, coma 2 cases ） , no accidents occurred in the observation group.The blood glucose levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at Oh, lh, 2h, 3h and 4h, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The application of the FOCUS-PDCA program effectively reduces the incidence ofasymptomatic hypoglycemia in hemodialysis and is worth promoting.
