摘要 随着互联系统规模和复杂度不断增大,弱阻尼低频振荡成为影响电网安全稳定运行的关键因素之一。针对系统运行过程中出现的弱阻尼低频振荡模式,该文提出了随机响应数据驱动下基于发电机有功定向调节的区间模式阻尼调制策略。首先利用文献[1]提出的低频振荡参数在线递推算法实现频率和阻尼比等振荡参数的递推跟踪,以随机环境激励下发电机有功输出变化作为天然摄动量,利用摄动法计算各个模式的阻尼比–发电机有功灵敏度,对于区间弱阻尼模式,结合送端功率下调与受端功率上调的原则,根据灵敏度大小,筛选确定最佳有功调控发电机对,并根据发电机实际运行情况和有功输出约束确定调控量,实现仅依赖随机响应数据的弱阻尼区间振荡模式阻尼比的在线调制。IEEE四机两区系统和IEEE 68节点系统的仿真与计算结果验证了文中算法的有效性和可行性。 With the scale of interconnected system becoming large and complexity, interval oscillation modes of low damping are main factors of safe and stable operation of grid. Aim at the low damping mode, we proposed a method to modulate inter area mode damping by directional regulation of generator redispatches under stochastic response. Firstly, we used the online recursive algorithm to track damping ratio and frequency of low oscillation, which was mentioned in paper [1]. And the sensitivity of damping ratio with respect of generator power redispatch was calculated by perturbation, which the natural perturbation was the change of generator active power caused by stochastic environmental excitation. According to the result of ranking every-generator sensitivity in the inter-area oscillation with weakly damped, combining with the principle that reduces and increases power of sending generators and receiving generators, respectively, the optimum pair of generators will be confirmed. After choosing the adjustment amount which depends on generator operating condition and active power constrains, the online redispatch to damping inter-area low damping oscillation relying on stochastic response data was realized. The simulation result of IEEE 4-generator 2-area power system and IEEE 68-bus power system verify the effectiveness and feasible of method.
